Types of Treatment
We offer evidenced-based therapy for anxiety and OCD. Modalities of therapy offered include:

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT)

Wait List
One of the keys of effective therapy is consistency. Therefore, to provide the highest quality therapy possible, we find it necessary to use a wait list at times. If our caseloads are full, we can discuss wait list options as well as possible referrals to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment.

Rates
For Dr. Gyoerkoe, Dr. Andreescu, Dr. Selkin, Dr. Running and Dr. Zitter sessions are billed at $225 for a 45 minute session. Victoria Schweiger, Arina Edmunson, Rachel Grzenzia-Franchi, Emilee Futrell and Haley Rorabeck bill their 45 minutes sessions at $210 per session. If sessions are shorter or longer in length, the fee is prorated based on the per session rate.

Intensive Therapy
Intensive therapy refers to sessions that are longer or more frequent than one 45-minute session per week. For example, intensive therapy may consist of 90 minute sessions or three 45 minute sessions in one week. Certain types of anxiety benefit from a more intensive therapy approach.

Psychological Evaluations
We offer psychological evaluation services for educational evaluations, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual developmental disorders and behavioral disorders.

Insurance
We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance as payment. We will provide a Superbill at the end of each session that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement directly back to you at an out of network rate.  We recommend checking with your insurance to see what coverage you may have. Questions to ask them include:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

We accept cash, check, Health Savings Accounts, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
